I just had a longtime collector/dealer tell me that he just doesn�t see the vintage selection in California that he sees at Midwest or East Coast shows. Whenever I attend a convention out here it�s a treasure hunt for any vintage amongst an avalanche of Pok�mon and Modern cards.

There is a movement to increase vintage with larger events, like the upcoming West Coast Collectors Show (formerly known as the Burbank Card show) scheduled in August at the Anaheim Convention Center (a huge venue). If they can get some of the vintage vendors from other parts of the country to sign-up, it would be a big boost. We�ll see.
