The 1967 Venezuelan set doesn't mirror the regular Topps set as closely as other Venezuelan sets do.
The first 138 cards in the set featured stars of the Venezuelan Winter League. The next 50 cards in the set were retired legends (or "retirado"). And the final 150 cards in the set were active MLB players. Here is a Dave Concepcion from the Winter League portion of the set, 4 years before his major league rookie card.
