1989 Leesley Nebraska Cornhuskers

Wondering who has info on this set that came out with three different backs. Pics and newspaper ad below.

1. Go Big Red (most common)
2. Pizza Hut/KM3TV
3. Pizza Hut/NTV

My main questions are how each set was distributed? For instance, were all three given out in packs at Pizza Hut, or maybe just the two with PH backs? And what determined someone got a KM3TV back vs NTV back?
