Interesting CGC allegation video

Presenting just for discussion on grading as this obviously does not concern a card but a comic book graded by a card grading service.

IF indeed the idea presented was what happened, I find the theory of the original graded sub being sold for profit and the swapped item then undergraded cracked and resubmitted to get the correct higher grade adding false counts and additional money an intriguing one.

Could such errors be more common than thought and a source for some of the many overgraded cards and/or undergraded cards? What would that say about internal QC?

This seems far more theoretical than factual as the explanation is impossible to factually prove and can only be a best guess by the hosts. I also know and follow to a T, the “buy the card not the holder” and a ton of those responses is already expected. However, we all know that numerous collectors especially younger ones don’t.Hoping for some deeper thoughts than that on what this says as to the grading industry.
