One of the best things about this board is the contributor's caveats. How many times have I read Scott and others loudly shout "DON'T BUY CARDS IN PRIVATE AUCTIONS"? I have experienced non-bidder remorse when I have let beautiful cards slide, but have discovered several were bogus.
Ebay is no help. The only way to go on the Pattee is to contact your Postmaster and get the Feds involved. Tell the Feds the guy is a card carrying member of the Democratic Party and they'll move it up the list
