first of all this guy has no legal basis for his claims and the veterans admin. will have nothing to do with this. who is he to make up his own terms for the 19th century auction auction after bidding and after winning the item. i am pretty sure placing a bid constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of this auction. i would take this guy to court over the card out of spite after that email that he sent |
