Collectors Universe (PSA) Settles with Real Legends

Perhaps he would also care to explain why he is selling 50 percent of his shares in CLCT at this time. If I were an investor it would not inspire my confidence. I would also be interested in knowing why, if Mr. Orlando's testimony went so well, PSA paid 600K in settlement rather than letting a jury of its peers decide the case.
