Switching BVG graded cards to SGC or PSA

On ebay being sold buy Hagar or one of his ilk.....skinned and rebacked. I spoke to the Beckett President. Told him I would buy it (around $2500) and if I got it and it wasn't good they could reimburse me. He said that until proven it was bad then their stance was it was good and NO they would not let me buy it and then have a guarantee it was good...and it was in a BVG holder. I posted the whole scenario and it was a few years ago. To me that was a vote of no confidence. regards
