I picked up a W554 Ruth in a recent auction and was wondering about the scarcity of this issue. I have only seen this card listed once on eBay in the past year. I assume that it is much more scarce than the R316 Kashin version with the same photo, but since the card is very large, I don't think that any of the "big three" grading companies encapsulate it. Hence, there is no pop report. Anyone know how tough this issue is? I have heard different opinions on this issue. |
