I should have mentioned Roger Maris and his 2 years with the bat and birds on his chest... I thought he looked good in red. His 67 Topps card with hat askew looked odd. It seemed to me Roger was glad to get out of New York, and enjoyed 2 world series checks while in St. Louis, then a beer distributorship upon retirement. |
