Is BVG like SGC or PSA when mistakes come into play?

I paid $166 of my hard earned bucks for this probable trim-job from jaysace on eBay:

I haven't emailed the seller, as he states all sales are final, terms are terms, right?

Will BVG buy it back? It was just slabbed in Oct. for crying out loud!

Just FYI, T206.com won't buy back a trimmed card (it was ungraded)... I found that out a couple of years ago when they ignored multiple post-purchase emails.
