SMR Price Bumps... everything before 1940

Don't always be sure a good seller and good buyer are mutually exclusive. I think a lot of games are played, even on ebay. I don't play them and don't like them....but they are out there. That being said I do think the large majority (95%+) of VCP prices are accurate and in good faith....As I said I do use it and base some of my buying on it's data.....My whole reason for my post was so that folks don't think because it is there then it has to be the gospel truth.....regards
