I doubt it is baseball-related. I have certainly never seen this image as it relates to the Indians or Braves. If one had to choose, it's closer to a "little boy" version of the Braves Mascot than Chief Wahoo, I suppose. But I don't see any hint of a baseball referance at all. I could easily be wrong, but my educated guess would be "no".
