Hi Alan,
You make a good point. The best person to direct those questions to is Mr. Garo himself. I can only tell you of my experiences. He's no rubber stamp for anyone and unlike most authenticators does not buy or sell autographs. He's turned down a lot of autographs from me and fellow collectors and explained in detail why and sent exemplars he got from the Halper Collection and the HOF. Martin Green
