1952 Topps PSA 9 question, photos added
Hello. This is my first message to the board. I ve been reading many of the post and have enjoyed it and learned quite a lot.
I have been collecting for about 15 years and Im now starting to collect older cards. I recently sent PSA a lot of 15 Topps 1952 cards. They looked good and most came back as 7 a few 8 and two 9 (OC). My question is, how bad is it to get a designation of (OC) off center with the 9s. Look forward to your replies. In case any of you are curious I will write down the cards i sent with the grades I received.
