Hi -
My guess is that this is a photo of YS Opening Day, April 4, 1923. The front row chairs, backstop wall height, and 3-slat back seats are nearly dead giveaways. Also, clearly this is a VIP being escorted to his seat. Based on his dress, and the attached photo from Corbis of the same day, my guess is that this is President Warren G. Harding making his way to his seat that very day.
