Since plenty of 54 users have no problems sending money payments to total strangers, it shouldnt matter "who goes first" in a trade deal. My advice is to never send anything (money or cards) to a "stranger" unless you can tolerate never seeing it again. Anytime anything of value is at stake, scamsters are sure to be nearby.
