that offer a Make Offer button, but they don't really mean it.
For instance, I made an offer of the VCP average for a card, at $100 within the last few months, on a card that a high volume, well-known dealer had listed with a BIN of $130. His counteroffer was $126. Gee, thanks...don't strain yourself.
