I agree with Matt, that it looks rather slowly and deliberately penned. I also think there are possible signs of re-tracing.... although it is tough to tell without seeing it in person, though...
Some areas of concern are the bottom-right portion of the large case "B", the top of the small "b", the beginning of the "R", and perhaps even the crossed portion of the "t". It's possible that the fountain pen was just "leakier" in those spots, but it also looks a bit sketchy. I would get this one professionally authenticated. If you do so, please be sure to post the results for us. This one is pretty interesting. |
