One of the problems with grading most of the stuff from the last 15 years or so, is that unless you get a 9 or 10, you can't sell it for more than the grading fees. Even the hall of famers in all sports are out there at buy it nows for $9.99 or less in PSA 10 on ebay in the majority of the sets.
So the vast majority of modern stuff does not have enough value to even get graded.
