It only applies to eBay stores and they are going to reduce the final value fees for the sale, but add on final value fees for the total amount of the sale (including shipping). So, isn't it kind of a wash? Besides, if it's really an issue, just raise your BIN price by $3 on your store items and offer free shipping. Wouldn't that resolve any problem?
