Based on the inclusion of Travis Jackson, 1922 is really not a possibility nor is 1923 very likely, more probable that 1924 was the real issue date. The issue date is also key because this is Jackson's rookie card as well.
The company also issued a hockey set in 1924 and, being a Canadian company, you would think that hockey would at least take equal priority to baseball, if not more.
