I tend to agree with you that the Factory 4 version of the KOTTON backs appears to be somewhat less available than the other two back versions.
Perhaps, the No Factory version (Type 3) has been considered "rarer" because these KOTTON cards were printed on thinner stock. And of course, the Factory 11 (Type 1) and Factory 4 (Type 1) cards were printed on thicker stock and have glossy fronts. Anyhow, that's my take on these 3 back variations. TED Z
