Good to hear about running Leon. Combined with diet these are the keys nto living a long healthy life. As an aside, for those of you age 50 and over who have not had a stress test recently I would recommend it. I felt fine but the squiggly lines said differently. After an angioplasty on one of my arteries and a stent I am back in business. 60 pounds lighter and ready to take over the world.
