Definitely 1930's. Grandstand tickets cost $0.75 in 1909 and still cost $1.00 in 1940. Note that there are no taxes associated with the ticket cost. I'm not sure when Philly implemented a 4% amusement tax, but it was raised in 1946 to 10%. My guess would be between 1932-1936. The company on the back did not go into business until 1929.
