It looks like the card is missing the red (final step in the color layering process). What does the back look like? It looks like the card may have been hand-cut from a sheet before it went through the final color layering process.T-206 Resource gives a great description of how the colors were applied during the printing process and I believe they have some images of cards that missed parts of the coloring process. Your card looks somewhat like a T206 Frank Chance portrait (red background) that was also missing the red that I believe they had an image of. Good luck!
