Thank you! I have started to notice that. I was telling you about that beautiful Piedmont 42, but it had all those pencil marks on it. It sold for $86...so yeah. I also saw Erick's, but that went in a matter of minutes. I was also looking through old threads and saw a Magee (Batting) for $150, it would probably grade a 2. 3 great misses, just gotta keep looking. Thank you once again.

i was going to buy Ericks, but had a few other big purchases out there  Erick is one great guy to deal with, he is the man...... If you can get a decent common(1 or 1.5) at $150.00, you did awesome... so keep searching, trust me, you will find....they are a tufer back than people realize.....i have 14 over the last 12 years or so.....i am collecting the subset which will take my entire life....most are beaters... the real rush- tip: find one that everyone misses, like an Easter egg hunt....when you get a beater for like $40.00, it is AWESOME  ....just keep looking at ebay listing....takes forever, but very rewarding....
