I agree it isn't fraud, but it certainly does straddle that fine line. The author chose his words and phrasing very carefully to not say anything blatantly false. He is attempting to lead the reader to a certain conclusion without actually saying it. I have to give him some kudos for skilled prose. I just thought it was pretty funny. Best, Mark
