Pretty nice, and probably best left as-is.
If it's from the decoupage fad of the 70's it's an interesting bit of folk art/craft history anyway. If it's polyurethane, and it probably is it's not coming off easily, if at all. if it's shellack, then it would come off with some careful work. But then you're left with the problem of what sort of glue was used. And most of the modern choices won't come off easily. Most of the cards probably wouldn't grade much above a 1, so I don't see much point in spending hours removing them. Steve B |
