| If you had a coice between these 2 cards...

A 1909 Walter Johnson BVG 4 at 915$ or a 1888 N29 Allen & Ginter - Jas. H. Fogarty - SGC 50 at 530$ what one would you pick and why? I appreciate all opinions!!! I ask because I have a choice to make and can't make my mind up. Last edited by Zone91; 03-26-2013 at 11:02 AM. |

Which WJ pose? Regardless...I'd pick neither! For $915 I can buy a much rarer...hof'er from a more obscure...cooler set...and for the price of the Fogerty...you can most likely find a raw one for a fraction of the price!

This is the Walter Johnson: http://www.ebay.ca/itm/330896214500?...84.m1423.l2649 I was thinking at 700$ to 800$ it would be a good buy. |

ive never cared for that pose...the portrait is a classic pose in the t206...even better in the m116 set! Or even the t205 is better!

just my opinion...based on my personal tastes and preference...if you like those...go for it...esp if you're going for the n29 set.

Yes I will try and complete the N29 set only 6 cards so not impossible and ''affordable''.
