Looks like he sold the same Mantle twice before and has a lot of other dubious looking signs. I don't buy the "out of town" or "wife re-listed" excuses he sent you.
If he can e-mail you. He could just as easily take the auction down from Ebay. Probably has a stack of them from Ohio, or wherever they make up these things. Sorry, I think you got had.
