Welcome this site has some amazing collectors that can help you!!
 Do you have any idea of what you would like to get your sons into collecting? Most collectors collect the T206 set and the 1952 Topps set...but a lot of people also collect some other sets. Maybe a 1963 Topps Pete Ross rookie would be a good start since you are a Reds fan. Most people collect cards from the following grading companies: PSA, SGC and BVG (less BVG do even do their grading standards are very very high).
