wax stain remnants on the front - you can see discoloration on his uniform back that isn't there on other kaline cards.

If you crack it out, lots of people have had good luck softly rubbing pantyhose over the stained area. Not sure it's worth the effort on that card, but I'm pretty sure that's what the "ST" is for
