This board appears to be moderated much like the CGC comics message boards. People are given pretty much free reign to discuss topics and sometimes threads do go OT. Sometimes there are 2-3-4 different discussions going on.
The board members are good about getting OT things reigned in and if need be the mods get involved. I prefer this board to the PSA board as you can get deep into a topic without it getting shit down. There is actual discussion here, on and off topic, which creates a sense of community I have found lacking in other places.
