There have been quite a few actually (somewhere in the neighborhood of 60-75 or so), some are not really active members of the LDS faith but are baptized as such...

As far as pre-1945 guys are concerned:
Roy Castleton
Spencer Adams
Ray Jacobs
Red Peery
Newt Kimball
Monte Pearson (not sure how active he was but was born into the church)

Other notables from post-1945:
Harmon Killebrew (don't think he was particularly active)
