The pitcher is Pedro Ramos, and this is from the first game of a doubleheader played May 10, 1967, won by the Braves 7-2. Ironically, Ramos had just come into the game in relief following Wise (who had pitched a perfect 7th in his only inning of work) and saw his first pitch taken deep by Joe Torre, Torre's second tater of the game (Hank hit one too). Strangely, three pitches had been thrown to Carty but the scoreboard still had not registered Torre's run.
Edited to change: the game was the nightcap (obviously) of the doubleheader
