Ron, my only Harrington's card is Eppa Rixey, and it has the extra Babe Ruth line at the bottom.
Also, I just checked the 22 currently listed and 7 recently sold Harrington's on eBay. Of these cards, those where the backs of the cards are shown (some sellers, especially B-E Collectibles, are apparently too lazy to add scans of the backs of their cards) ALL have the extra Babe Ruth line at the bottom. Hence, I would guess that Harrington's without the extra line are much tougher to find. Ron, I am curious - which player is on your Harrington's card that doesn't have the extra Ruth line? Shameless plug - One of my collecting focuses is Sam Rice cards, and I have all of his 1928 F50 ice cream cards, EXCEPT for a Harrington's. Does anyone have one they are willing to trade or sell?
