Hi Zach, the maker of your punchboard is Harlich Mfg Co of Chicago, which also produced at least seven or eight baseball-themed punchboards
in the 1930s and '40s (possibly earlier and later as well). Jimmy is generally correct about market values, although we'd say graphics have more of an effect than antiquity on bringing higher prices -- punchboards featuring photos of Hall of Fame players tend to fetch the biggest money.
