Yeah, unfortunately the seller is probably looking at an on-line report that says "Delivered", and is shaking his head right now. Mistakes happen, but it is most sellers only line of defense nowadays. They'd be getting shaken down left and right, if it wasn't the case. He is better off NOT responding and letting Ebay/Paypal handle it. If you file a claim, the seller will most likely win, but Ebay will often pay off the buyer to keep them happy. There's a burgeoning number of people on Ebay exploiting this loophole and getting lots of free merchandise, that Ebay doesn't seem too worried about for some reason. |
