They\'d be getting shaken down left and right, if it wasn\'t the case.<br />\r\n<br />\r\nHe is better off NOT responding and letting Ebay/Paypal handle it. When something gets sent to my home address they will deliver it to my business address and when it is sent to my business address they will deliver it to my home address. I gave up when I asked the driver why he was delivering a package that I knew was sent to another address. His response was to show me the package and someone had scribbled out my business address and put in my home address. Yeah, unfortunately the seller is probably looking at an on-line report that says "Delivered", and is shaking his head right now.<br />
<br />
Mistakes happen, but it is most sellers only line of defense nowadays. They'd be getting shaken down left and right, if it wasn't the case.<br />
<br />
He is better off NOT responding and letting Ebay/Paypal handle it. If you file a claim, the seller will most likely win, but Ebay will often pay off the buyer to keep them happy.<br />
<br />
There's a burgeoning number of people on Ebay exploiting this loophole and getting lots of free merchandise, that Ebay doesn't seem too worried about for some reason.
