Fascinating subject. I had no idea there was so much variety in pennants. Maybe it's because the only ones I ever run across are the common, newer ones, that show up at flea markets and such. I don't really collect them but I will pick them up if they are interesting, and cheap.
Here are 2 of my favorites: As a RAMS fan, this one was a must have, even though it looks pretty faded. Team picture is the 1960 RAMS squad. ![]() This Dodgers pennant I can't see to find any information on, such as date. I've been told it dates to the 1950's. But they had just arrived in Los Angeles in 1958, so that is just a 2 year window. Not sure. I just loved the graphic of the sliding player, who actually looks quite a bit older than 1950's.
