Bobby,
No No..your wrapper not worthless Ok, yes its a 1 cent type..which instantly drops the value way down..and you framed it..and you ironed it out and took away the factory folds and that decreased the values even more....but still has value...not much..but a little....would 5 bucks be out of line ?
