Need help identifying player and time frame of postcard

Andrew, I am no expert, but I checked on "dressed to the nines" site, and you can compare as well there, it appears to be mid 20s to 1928. The two toned hate, with that style of jersey, stopped in 1928. Can't really tell if the length of the sleeve would come down near the wrist or not. I sure someone can pin this down much better.
Check out the web site, DRESSED TO THE NINES. with photo in hand, you may be able to narrow it down yourself.
