Joe Louis - especially knocking out Max Schmeling

Ty Cobb

Game 6 of the 1935 World Series (Tigers beat the Cubs for their first modern championship)

Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig at Tiger Stadium

Mark Fidrych in 1976 (saw him later but he was never the same)

Howe, Abel, and Lindsey (the production line)
