I believe what he is trying to say is that PSA/DNA provides a "Quick Opinion" service for eBay auctions (maybe others?). It's around a $10 fee for them to look at the eBay auction (which is why he told you to list it). So, I'm betting that's what he's referring to. If it's comes back authentic (I'm not familiar with the sig so hence the "if") you would be able to send it in for the full authentication service and they subtract that Quick Opinion fee from the total. List your item for free as a BIN and go to the PSA/DNA Quick Opinion, submit a request for said opinion, then he would reimburse you the fee. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
