Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving to everybody out there!
With a Packers win tonight, the Bears will lose the head to head series lead with Green Bay for the first time since 1933 (it will be tied with the won lost record being 92-92-6). |

If only the Cowboys can get a win like they did in Landry days, we will only be
three games under .500. HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL!!! Last edited by Mikehealer; 11-26-2015 at 11:33 AM. |

Happy Thanksgiving!
I'll be in my seat at Everbank Field Sunday when the San Diego Chargers come to town. The Jaguars really should win this game, and we can get to one game under .500, and remain within one game of the Division lead! Larry

90 years ago TODAY, Red Grange played his first NFL game for the Chicago Bears on Thanksgiving against the Chicago Cardinals.
It was a game that pitted future HOFers Grange vs. Paddy Driscoll. Grange Driscoll By all accounts, Grange performed well, totaling 36 yards rushing from scrimmage, 56 yards on punt returns, and intercepted a pass to thwart the Cardinals only serious drive. For his part, Driscoll kept the Bears from having any sort of field position with booming punts all through the game. The game ended in a scoreless tie but was considered a success as 39,000 fans piled into Wrigley Field to see Grange and they booed lustily every time he didn't get the ball. jeff Last edited by jefferyepayne; 11-26-2015 at 06:49 PM. |

Hey Mike, Sorry to hear about Romo but look at it like this, your team may be in good position to draft his successor next year.
Larry, I'd love to see the Jags do something this year with Bortles at the helm. The NFL needs more talented young QB's to replace the aging ones. Jeff, I read somewhere that Driscoll actually was booed heavily at that game as well for continually kicking away from Grange. When the game ended he said something to his wife like "It's a shame they booed the kid like that today" to which his wife replied "they weren't booing him dear, they were booing you!". My Eagles looked stellar again this week. The highlight of the games yesterday was seeing Bart Starr come out on the field to greet Brett Favre. It kind of made my football part of Thanksgiving seem better (especially after the Birds embarrassment) |

You may be right, just not sure if he's in next year's draft.
