1954 Aaron Question

Hello all,
Pretty new to vintage, but I have been lurking on here for awhile. About a year ago I wanted to buy a nice Aaron RC for my dad, but some things came up and I put it off. Currently I am once again back on the hunt. This is a very large purchase for me, and I am a bit nervous to pull the trigger because of the cost. I can spend upwards of $850 and obviously want the best one I can find. Any tips or suggestions?? Centering is very important to me as I want my dad to enjoy it. I have been looking at this one on eBay.. Any thoughts? Obviously if it was a great buy, someone would have purchased it already..

Sorry, I am not much help as I haven't really been watching Aaron RC's lately as they are priced out of my league now, unfortunately.
I assume you have checked other forums/sites looking for one? This VCP link may help as it also lists a few.
Also, post this in the 50-59 BST section as well and don't be afraid to as questions as most on here are more than willing to help.
