I agree with everyone. I think you've got yourself a nice PSA 4 and possibly a 3.5 if there's a hairline wrinkle or something that you missed.
I would grade it mostly for the purpose of making sure that it stays a VGEX card. And yea, do it for insurance purposes, which is always a plus.
