Great link
lots of information there. I recently bought 48 led bulbs for the new house. They put out great light, save money after less than two years, and last 25,000 hours. I figure at this point the bulbs will certainly survive me - and more importantly so will my "stuff".
The relatives getting willed my bulbs probably aren't all that excited
