It was a company called Impact Enterprises. I had to buy a minimum of 25 for the custom order and they weren't cheap, as far as binders for baseball cards go, but the service was great. They did prototypes and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with them. The pages also have a little tab at the top of each pocket so you could hold the binder upside down and the cards stay in place.
