Luke, I'll look into that supplement. I've started cutting it back a little bit on the weights. I've been rotating which areas of the body I'm working on a given day, and supplementing with the bands at home. I've got a certified trainer friend in Houston I've been working with. He's known me since high school, so he's aware of my issues.
